Wok-Seared Chicken with Mango and Pineapple
For 10-15 people (small wooden boats, tasting portions)
- 400 g chicken breast fillets
- 200 g mango
- 200 g pineapple
- 2 tbsp limejuice
- 4 tbsp soy sauce
- cooking oil (such as coconut or sesame oil)
- pepper, fresh coriander
Cut the chicken breast into 4cm and the mango and pinapple into 2 cm big chunks.
Turn the BORA Wok to level 7, drizzle some oil into the wok, add
the chicken and season with 2 tbsp of soy sauce.
After about 5 mins, add the fruit, lime juice and the rest of the soy
sauce and fry for another 3-4 mins.
Season with pepper and garnish with fresh coriander.
