Prawns with Sugar Snap Peas, Tomatoes and Sesame
For 15-20 people (small wooden boats, tasting portions)
- 300 g prawns
- 200 g sugar snap peas
- 200 g cherry tomatoes
- 1 tbsp black sesame seeds
- 1 lime
- cooking oil (such as sesame oil), salt, pepper
Clean the peas, cut the tomatoes in half. Drizzle some cooking oil into the BORA Wok or a pan and heat it up.
Add the prawns and peas, sauté them for about 3 mins and then add the sesame and tomatoes. Season with lime juice, salt and pepper and leave everything to cook for another 2 mins. Then serve hot.
